2. What TktBuy Does

TktBuy is a price comparison aggregator. We aggregate publicly available fare data from partner travel platforms and redirect users to those platforms for booking. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, or process payments.

3. Accuracy of Prices

Prices displayed on TktBuy are indicative and sourced from partner APIs at the time of your search. Final prices, availability and booking terms are governed by the partner platform (e.g. RedBus, MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip). TktBuy is not liable for price discrepancies between what is shown here and what you see on the partner site.

4. Affiliate Relationships

TktBuy participates in affiliate programmes. When you click Book Now and complete a booking on a partner site, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use TktBuy only for lawful purposes and personal travel research. You must not scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the site in bulk without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TktBuy — including design, copy and code — is the property of TktBuy and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks (RedBus, MakeMyTrip, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

TktBuy is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on information provided, including missed travel connections or booking errors.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TktBuy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
